Will's 4th Birthday Party

Will had his 4th Birthday party the following Saturday of his actual birthday. He had a swim/cookout party. The kids had a lot of fun! I think the adults had fun too - take a look at Stephen and Mike playing baseball with the pinata.

Will's birthday cont...

After dinner we celebrated his birthday by letting he and James frost cupcakes and of course, eat them. Then he opened up a couple of gifts....

Wednesday, August 6th. Will Turns 4.

Will started out the day early by waking up at 5:15am on his birthday. We did not need to be at the airport until 8:30am to pick up Grandmother so we decided to start the day at Dunkin Donuts. Then we headed to the airport to pick up Grandmother. Will wanted to head down town at this point to see the "rail runner" train - he loves looking at the steamies. And then we met our friends, Melissa, Kaylee (3 and 1/2), and Naomi (1 and 1/2) for a fun morning at the Aquarium. Will had a really nice day!

We are expecting!

When we went on vacation at the beginning of the summer we broke the news to the boys (Will almost 4. James 2.) that they were going to have a baby brother or sister. Then we gave them new baby dolls and showed them how to hold the baby and feed the baby. It was a special time. Will's immediate response was "I want a real baby". That was pretty cool.

We are expecting the arrival of our little one around November 22, 2008.

We had our 20 week detailed ultrasound a couple of weeks ago and everything looked good with the little one. Praise the Lord.

It's been fun. We have been asking Will if he wants a baby brother or sister and his response has always been. "A girl. We already have 2 boys." Pretty cute. We will just have to wait to see! Fun, Fun! At my last appointment my OB allowed Will to hold the doppler to hear the baby's heartbeat. James just sat in the chair, tears running down his face saying "Don't hurt mommy!". I reassured him that I was not getting any shots and then he calmed down.

Please pray for an on-time delivery and a healthy baby!
Love, Stephen, Jamie, Will and James.
