We are expecting!

When we went on vacation at the beginning of the summer we broke the news to the boys (Will almost 4. James 2.) that they were going to have a baby brother or sister. Then we gave them new baby dolls and showed them how to hold the baby and feed the baby. It was a special time. Will's immediate response was "I want a real baby". That was pretty cool.

We are expecting the arrival of our little one around November 22, 2008.

We had our 20 week detailed ultrasound a couple of weeks ago and everything looked good with the little one. Praise the Lord.

It's been fun. We have been asking Will if he wants a baby brother or sister and his response has always been. "A girl. We already have 2 boys." Pretty cute. We will just have to wait to see! Fun, Fun! At my last appointment my OB allowed Will to hold the doppler to hear the baby's heartbeat. James just sat in the chair, tears running down his face saying "Don't hurt mommy!". I reassured him that I was not getting any shots and then he calmed down.

Please pray for an on-time delivery and a healthy baby!
Love, Stephen, Jamie, Will and James.

just some funny pictures...

Explora! Museum

After we got home from the musuem, Will and James wanted to create their own marble course. So we cut a pool noodle in half, put it together with toothpicks, glued it to art boards, and let the marbles "race" down the noodle. It was quite fun!

Will creating a track for the marbles to go down (this is a new interest of his). We call it "marble madness" at our home. :)

James getting splashed in the face with water from the spraying water fountain.

Will playing with trains in the train room

James building a tube tower

OK guys, this is the elevator at the museum! Can you believe it? It's bigger than our house (kidding...kind of)
